Shipping Policy

 - Please not currently we ship ONLY to UAE and GCC  addresses.

Shipping Times:  Most orders ship out next business day. Typically it takes between 2-4 business days from the day you order to the day your order reaches your door. Shipping times depend on where you are located in UAE.  Shipping outside  UAE takes between 7-10 days. Although we are strongly committed to delivering in the timelines estimated in our Order confirmation  delivery timelines are estimates only.Time shall not be considered of the essence. Timelines start from Order confirmation. However, if we have not delivered your Order within 30 days of Order confirmation, we will provide you with a full refund. We are not responsible for failures to deliver for reasons outside our reasonable control, including where you are not available to take delivery of your Order or request postponement. It is your duty to ensure appropriate access for deliveries.

-Starting from AED 150 will be the delivery charges outside of the UAE. Delivery charges vary per amount purchased.
- AED 30 will be the delivery charges inside UAE to any of the Emirates on orders below and of AED 300. 
- FREE delivery inside UAE to any of the Emirates on orders over AED 300. 
- All orders will be delivered using the courier company.

Return & Exchange Policy

We make every effort to ensure that the goods you receive are as you view them on the website but we cannot be held responsible for any variation in colour shades due to differences in computer screens.

We will replace any item that is faulty but we do not replace or refund on any products if you just changed your mind. We accept no responsibility for lost items delivered to an incorrect address that you have supplied.

 

You have 14 days from your date of delivery of your Order to return items purchased online subject to meeting the conditions set out in this Returns and Exchanges section. We will issue a refund of the full face value of undamaged items duly returned  to you via your credit card or through online credits, depending on the method of purchase.

 

You will receive email confirmation of the return once it has been completed. If you have not received a refund in your account after more than 14 days, please show the confirmation to your bank so that they can help you and speed up the process.

There are a few cases where you may need to return a product:

  • It came broken, damaged, or defective: We are so sorry and will either refund or replace the product immediately. Please email us letting us know the situation within 14 days of receiving the order. 

 

Backorders: From time to time there will be situations where a product is on backorder (we work to limit this as much as possible). In this case we will contact you with a few options. 1) We can refund you for the backordered product and ship the remainder of your order or 2) You can replace the backordered product with another product of equal price or any other of your choice, or 3) We can hold your order until the backordered product comes back in stock. All three options will not proceed without obtaining your permission.
